Weather Trader Morning Update
The Lower 48 east of the Rockies is still frigid under the effects of the first Arctic blast. The coldest actual temperatures and relative to normal are in Tennessee over the fresh snow cover allowing clear skies to plummet the mercury. Nashville dipped to 0°F as of 6 AM ET which is about 30-35°F below normal for early morning on January 17.
