The coldest actual temperatures and relative to normal are in Tennessee over the fresh snow cover allowing clear skies to plummet the mercury.  Nashville dipped to 0\u00b0F as of 6 AM ET which is about 30-35\u00b0F below normal for early morning on January 17.</p>",
