Former Tropical Storm Arthur firing deep convection — centered over Georgia
Heavy rainfall … flooding up to 10” or 20” in Louisiana and southern Mississippi and Alabama with a slow moving, feeder-band into the center of circulation of former tropical storm Arthur. The system will move quickly off the Eastern Seaboard into Friday.
