Still watching/waiting on Potential Tropical Cyclone 01L to become categorized as a Tropical Depression or Tropical Storm Arthur. Most of the convection is now offshore and soon the surface low pressure center will emerge over the ocean waters of the Gulf of America.
A frontal boundary is draped along the Gulf coast into the Carolinas —> helping to focus cloud cover and rainfall.
