Not much to update this evening. Tropical Storm Gabrielle is well on the way to becoming a hurricane — and it turns out that it may reach Category 3 or major status after all.
Still some dry air in the vicinity from the upper-level trough hanging around, but the convection looks well aligned with light wind shear. All systems go for Gabrielle!
