Central Atlantic MDR (20%) tough sledding for a central Atlantic tropical wave with less potential to develop in coming days as it heads north
Major tropical wave coming off Africa at low latitude will adjust northward into the monsoon trough. Initial development should be slow but much more favorable environment lies ahead in central MDR.
