It was a perfect Saturday here in Atlanta with temperatures in the lower-80s and sunshine. Folks were out and about enjoying a festival and the parks without having to dodge severe storms.
Scattered supercells are developing well west in New Mexico and West Texas with potential for large hail and perhaps a tornado. Chasers will have an easy job surveying the horizon out here in the flatlands.
