The Western Pacific has blossomed with multiple tropical storms and typhoons all at once. Typhoon Toraji is making landfall in Luzon in the next 12-hours as a 80-90 knot Category 2 storm. Invest 94W will follow on a similar path but turn to the NW and then north passing east of Taiwan.
