Nothing to mention across the entire tropical Atlantic probably for the next 5-days until a couple tropical waves make it to the western part of the basin.
Even the normally “happy hour” GFS 18z cycle could not be bothered to spin up a tropical storm in the Atlantic in the next 16-days. The Eastern Pacific has 3 storms — 2 more after Gilma — that could threaten Hawaii in a likely weakened state. The water is too cool around Hawaii to support a hurricane.
