Beautiful day across the Southeast, Great Lakes, and Northeast with sunshine and mild temperatures. No heat waves for the last week of April, but warming temperatures will provide a little taste of summertime with higher humidity and scattered thunderstorms.
Watching severe weather initiation over the Plains today with Enhanced Risk including OKC and western Kansas — excitement for storm chasers — but not good for threat of large hail!
