The 10-day upper-level pattern shows a developing central U.S. ridge with digging troughs along the West Coast. Chilly weather continues across the Northeast with areas of low pressure developing well off the coast — get the cooler air but no snowfall.
Above Normal Temperatures overall for the next 2-weeks+ across much of Canada and the Lower 48. Notable warmth develops in the Canadian Arctic in week 2.
