Winter storm watch for Denver as 9-inches of snow is forecast by NWS. Higher amounts over 2-feet in the mountains. Temperatures will be very cold by Monday morning at 10°F. Not a record low. Turns out that late October 2019 on the 30th and 31st were 3°F and 7°F. Warming trend into mid-week.
The rest of the U.S. will see the strong cold front slowly move eastward eventually wiping out the balmy late-October weather probably for good until the Spring. Sad!
