Then, there is a lot of whispering about a mega Arctic blast \u2014 I\u2019m calling it the \u201cFinal Boss\u201d of Arctic blasts into the second week of February.  The pattern fits \u2014 everything is signaling the most extreme cold (possible) like it\u2019s 1985 (again)</p>",
