 "teaser_html": "<p>Very cold continues for Alaska while the rest of North America is warmer than normal.  Eastern Europe is cold, too.</p><p>Showing the cold pools in Siberia and Alaska not really budging over the next 2-weeks.  The upper-level pattern is repeating with persistent ridging or blocking in the Northern Hemisphere.  However, I think predictability is probably lower than normal into Days 10+ because of convection with MJO phase 6 in the Western Pacific triggering Robby waves downstream that will perturb the jet stream.</p>",
