The Atlantic basin isn\u2019t broken after all \u2014 just need to get the storms out of the tropics north of 30\u00b0N latitude.</p><p>Clear and warm eye \u2014 looks like Gabrielle has maxed out at 120-125 knots with a Dvorak Data-T number of 6.5  \u2014 only a 0.5 point below Category 5.</p>",
