However, it may intensify again as a post-tropical storm with help from the midlatitude jet stream through baroclinic processes.</p><p>Southeast USA coast (40%)  disturbance along a persistent trough likely will develop into a tropical system similar to Dexter and meander.  Unsure about the eventual track or threats to the US mainland.</p>",
