 "teaser_html": "<p>Rather quiet weekend ahead for most of the Lower 48.   A cold trough is moving through Arizona with some heavy snowfall around Flagstaff and rain in Phoenix.  That area of precipitation will move east into the Texas panhandle on Saturday.</p><p>The trough is cold-core, connected to the polar front, but not the most intense manifestation, which remains over Ontario.  However, another cold pool at mid-levels is in the North Pacific on the way to the Western U.S. as the parade of storms continues.</p>",
