Peep the browns making it into the Ohio Valley and sub-1 inch PWAT into the Gulf Coast.  That\u2019s amazing for mid-August.</p><p>The West Coast including California gets a dose of Fall with a powerful series of troughs that dig across the entire state.  The pattern remains busy with the storm track across southern Canada lining up storm systems.</p>",
