Temperatures in the Midwest are only in the 20s at best including a blustery Minneapolis.  The front has made it through St. Louis into the 40s.  Actual warmth remains confined to South Texas, New Orleans, and mainly Florida \u2014 in the 80s.</p><p>Compared to climatology for this hour/day, the Lower 48 is -8.5\u00b0F below normal.</p>",
