 "teaser_html": "<p>Very brief update this evening \u2014 again thank you for subscribing and supporting my work.  Update after 6-weeks:   1960 free subscribers and 120 paid subscribers.  This is encouraging me to develop products and ideas for winter weather coming up very soon.  A distinct weakness of Substack is the inability to automate posts as they do not support API access.  Perhaps that will change in the near future \u2014 which would allow for personalization and customization of these newsletter updates.</p><p>Hurricane Lee  is maintaining 70-knots (Category 1) but the convection around the inner-core is long gone.    Showers are approaching the Cape Cod peninsula from Lee\u2019s bands but rainfall over Mass/CT/RI looks to be rather scant with a very sharp gradient.</p>",
